The completed bipedal robot, designed and built from the ground up. This version integrates custom 3D-printed parts, servo-driven joints, and onboard control for autonomous walking.
Initial concept design created to explore structural layout, joint placement, and overall form. This stage guided the mechanical decisions for the first physical build.
A refined design rendered in CAD, showing improvements in structural integrity, weight distribution, and aesthetic form ahead of the second build iteration.
Creation of detailed 3D models using SolidWorks for in-depth aerodynamic and structural analysis of the aircraft design.
Presentation of the aircraft design rationale and engineering methodologies to industry professionals and peers.
Fabrication of RC aircraft components using a Prusa MK4 3D printer, showcasing high precision and efficient production.
Detailed design of the microcontroller-based control system used to regulate motor speeds for the digestor simulator.
Cross-disciplinary team meetings to align project objectives and ensure seamless communication for project success.
Final system setup showing the optimized control system integrated with the digestor for enhanced functionality.
